Please notify our office of a cancellation no less that 72 hours in advance.
Payment in full is due the first day of a Series. We accept cash, checks and credit cards (MasterCard and VISA).
Dr. Cole's office is located in San Anselmo, California, about 20 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge. We have a mild climate buffered by the ocean and bay. We have rain in the winter with morning fog and temperatures in the 50's to 60's most days. Summers are warm (80's - 90's) with very little rain.
Our office is in the beautiful town of San Anselmo, population of 12,500. San Anselmo has many wonderful restaurants and lots of shopping, especially antique stores. The wine country is one hour away.
In consideration of our chemically sensitive patients, please do not wear perfume in the office. We will be taking before and after pictures so wear clothes that will allow us to evaluate your posture. Please avoid wearing turtlenecks, baggy sweat pants, bulky sweaters, etc.
